Shipping & Returns

All unique pieces are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Import taxes and duties are not collected in your behalf.

All limited edition prints are processed within 2-4 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email unless specified otherwise. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Import duties and taxes are not included for limited edition prints.

I do not offer exchanges or returns for artwork. Due to the custom nature of the work, all purchases are final sale. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me.

Framing

I advise once you have received your print, to make arrangements to professionally frame your print as soon as possible, and suggest prints remain unopened until such a time. Ensure the package is stored in a safe and dry place and please avoid stacking anything on top. The paper and inks are velvet in nature and easily susceptible to damage when not handled with proper care.
